Who we are

MC Movers LLC ("MC Movers," "we," "us") is a licensed moving company headquartered at 1021 Ives Dairy Rd, Ste 212, Miami, FL 33179 (USDOT #2538365, MC #00882866). This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through mc-movers.com and when you contact us by phone or email.

Information we collect

• Quote and contact requests: name, phone number, email address, move origin and destination, move date, and home size when you request a quote or contact us.
• Move records: if you book with us, we keep records needed to perform and document your move (addresses, inventory, payment records, claims correspondence).
• Call recordings: calls to and from our team may be recorded for quality assurance and training. See "Call recording" below.
• Usage data: standard analytics information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.

Call recording

Calls to and from MC Movers may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Recording may be performed on our behalf by our telephone service providers and partners, who may store recordings on our behalf and may use them only to provide services to us. We do not use call recordings for marketing, and we do not sell them.

If you do not wish your call to be recorded, tell the representative at the start of the call and we will handle your request by email instead — write to support@mc-movers.com. You may also request a copy or deletion of a recording of your own call using the process in "Your choices and rights" below.

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request and communicate about your move
• To perform, schedule, and document moving services you book
• To process payments and handle claims
• To improve our website and measure marketing performance
• For quality assurance and staff training, including review of recorded calls
• To comply with federal and state transportation regulations

What we share — and what we don't

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, payment processing, scheduling and CRM software, and analytics providers), with partner carriers when needed to perform a portion of your move, and when required by law. Service providers may use your information only to provide services to us.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to request a quote.

Retention

We keep quote requests and move records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements (interstate move records are subject to federal retention rules), then delete or anonymize them. Call recordings are retained only as long as needed for quality assurance and training, or to resolve a dispute or claim.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@mc-movers.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA — see Do Not Sell My Personal Information. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
