Insurance & valuation coverage
MC Movers carries commercial auto, cargo, and general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request — commonly required by building management for high-rise moves. Every interstate move includes released-value protection (60¢ per pound per article) at no additional cost, as required by federal law. Full-value protection is available as an upgrade; ask your move coordinator for pricing.
Claims
To open a claim, email support@mc-movers.com with your move date, origin and destination, and photos of any affected items. Under federal regulations (49 CFR Part 370), customers of interstate moves have up to nine months from the delivery date to file a written claim.
