Does MC Movers handle PCS military moves?

Yes. MC Movers handles civilian (non-GBL) PCS-style household moves for active-duty military, reservists, veterans, and military families nationwide. Our DOT/MC licensing meets all federal interstate carrier requirements (DOT #2538365, MC #00882866).
Is a civilian military move different from a government GBL (DPS) move?

Yes. A government GBL (Government Bill of Lading) move is booked through DPS (Defense Personal Property System) and paid for by the military. A civilian (Personally Procured Move / PPM or "DITY") move is one you arrange and pay for yourself, then submit for reimbursement up to the entitled weight allowance. MC Movers handles the civilian/PPM side.
